Chelsea Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is among the first 10 skilled nursing centers introducing Service, anew, a veterans-focused life enrichment model launching this fall. The initiative combines veteran-centered care planning, therapy groups, specialized staff training and connections with veterans’ organizations to support recovery, independence and wellbeing.
